How did Affiliate Agency start? Is iGaming the only vertical you’re involved in?
Connie Burstin and I have been working with affiliate programs since the early days of iGaming, and we’ve known each other for over 20 years. A few years ago, we finally joined forces to launch an affiliate program, and this year we decided to form Affiliate Agency, which offers our expertise and relationships in the industry to help operators launch or grow their affiliate channels.
We also have experience in other verticals, such as cryptocurrency, retail, and dating. However, the focus of Affiliate Agency is primarily on the needs of iGaming operators.

We provide every service you need to run a profitable affiliate program (setup, recruitment, engagement, design, content, etc.) and can even be fully managed by one or more of our own affiliate managers. We offload the entire agency channel from the operator, allowing them to focus on other areas of the business. The agency’s support team has been working together on different projects for over 15 years, so our culture is very close to a family. Even before the pandemic, we operated in a distributed manner. We have employees in Canada, the United States, and Costa Rica.

How are you different from other agencies and what value-added services do you offer?
We are different from other agencies because we take action instead of empty words. We help operators plan to get up and running a successful affiliate program strategy, but Affiliate Agency goes one step further and puts the work to work, providing experienced affiliate managers and all the support staff needed for affiliate marketing success (content writers/designers/developers, etc.).

Which global markets do you prioritize and why? Do you see potential in emerging markets?
We feel comfortable working in all markets. We build agency relationships with marketers around the world. Because the U.S. market is so close to us, we’re interested there, but the situation there is more complicated at the moment.
Overall, we’ve seen growth in a market that many agencies or operators aren’t focusing on. In addition, due to the pandemic, many traditional 바카라 players have had the opportunity to play their favorite 바카라 games at home. As a result, there is still potential for the iGaming business to grow in many parts of the world.
The pandemic has changed many aspects of how business operates, and many businesses are now doing things differently. Do you have any different approaches? What is the positive impact on your company?
Since we were operating in a distributed manner before the pandemic, we were not affected at all. The pandemic has spurred innovation in some conferencing software to make our work easier, which is an interesting side effect.
In addition, as mentioned earlier, the pandemic has opened up opportunities in new markets, increasing the consumer base of our customers.
What qualities and skills are essential for an affiliate team/business?
Everyone at Affiliate Agency must be adept at multitasking, ensuring that we continue to properly match affiliates with brands. Our long-term growth in the industry proves that we remain authentic in our agency relationships, because we value long-term partners more. But overall, we love iGaming, we love what we do, and going to work with that passion every day makes it all easy.
What are your predictions for the future of the industry?
Just like everyone else, we’re seeing more consolidation, compliance, and regulation, which unfortunately will make it more difficult for affiliates to do business. The development of the US market will be worth watching. At some point, agencies will play an important role in U.S. marketing, so we’re getting ready to see how the channel evolves.
How do you choose your carriers and how do you maintain relationships with multiple operators?
In terms of partnerships, we are open to working with all established iGaming operators and those that we think will be able to work with for the long term.
Each operator has its own business goals, so we manage the relationship one-to-one according to the needs of the operator. Our team is able to scale as needed, while providing both dedicated and shared agency managers. We can easily manage multiple carrier customers.
We realize that not all affiliates work seamlessly with every operator. As an agency, it’s part of the job to match the agents that we think are the best fit for each client.
Have you ever attended the SiGMA Summit? SiGMA Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas �C which of these four would you be willing to book on your 2021 calendar, should the pandemic allow?
Connie has attended SIGMA events in the past and she has benefited greatly from these experiences. We are now very interested in SiGMA events in Africa and the Americas.
Tell us a little bit about yourself �C after all, business is about people, not just companies! Your hobbies, favorite books, favorite quotes, whether you also like gambling, etc.
Jeff: My favorite thing is vacationing with my wife and kids. I like to go outside and climb mountains as much as possible. When traveling for work, I try to arrange at least half a day of outdoor or cultural activities. When I’m at home, I prefer to spend time with my family and do a little gardening. My favorite book is The Road to Power by Robert A. Caro. One of my favorite quotes is my personal quote �C “Whoever dies with the least regret wins!” ”
Connie: Everything I like to do is simple, and when the business is done, I enjoy life as much as I can. I love singing, dancing, painting, exercising, entertaining family and friends with good food at home, and enjoying good conversations. One of my favorite quotes is, “Live life and don’t let life drive you!” ”
