In preparation for SiGMA Malta Week, the SiGMA team gathered accurate information on questions related to the North American gaming industry that had not yet been discussed or answered.
We seek to learn from experts in their field, and the information you search for online may not always be properly aggregated or respond directly to your questions.
In order to discuss the topics well, we followed the right experts and asked them to draft a conference theme outline. Here’s what you can expect from SiGMA’s three-hour masterclass in Europe, which will take place on November 18 at the Malta Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The first part of this informative masterclass gives us an overview of the market. The overview provides an overview of the regulatory landscape in North America. The North American gambling industry was valued at $42.83 billion in 2020 and is expected to grow to $83.73 billion by 2026, at a CAGR of 11.8% during this period.
This part of the regulatory issues will focus on market access and the tax system. The licensing system will also be discussed in this section to discuss which subjects need to be licensed and why they need to be licensed. This information will be shared by the speaker, Susan Hensel, co-founder and partner of Hensel Grad P.C.
Tribal gaming, as we know it, originated in the 1970s, when several Indian tribes started operating bingo halls to raise money for tribal government activities.
In this discussion, Loretta Tuell, Partner at Tuell Law, will provide an overview of the tribe to help viewers better understand the differences between tribes and commercial 바카라s.
The IGRA bill, which regulates gambling activities in Indian territories, will also be the focus of this debate.
For the first time in Canada’s history, domestic online sports betting and 바카라 betting have been opened, thanks to the country’s legalization of betting on a single sporting event this year.
Ontario is leading the way, allowing operators to apply for a license this fall, while large international brands such as 888 are expected to start accepting bets in the country soon. In this masterclass, Paul Burns, President and CEO of the Canadian Gaming Association, will dig deep into the opportunities that Canada’s newly regulated market holds.
The second part will feature an executive panel discussion on the realities of doing business in the U.S., led by Itsik Akiva, iGaming & Marketing Consultant at American iGaming Solutions, and featuring Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global, and Jason “Wolf,” CEO of American iGaming Solutions Rosenberg and other top speakers were present.
Topics will cover various platforms and aspects of content, including sports betting, slots, certification, licensing, integration, distribution and other services.
The next panel will be moderated by Jason “Wolf” Rosenberg, CEO of American iGaming Solutions, and will discuss the current state of the California tribal gaming market with Richard Schuetz, CEO of Schuetz Consulting, and Loretta Tuell, partner at Tuell Law, as well as cover the future of sports betting.
This panel will share other developments in several tribal gaming states, including Michigan and Florida.
The roundtable was followed by a closing discussion of the masterclass, based on affiliate marketing in the United States.
The panel was moderated by Itsik Akiva, Gaming & New Technology Consultant at American iGaming Solutions, and featured speakers such as Ben Truman, Co-Founder of MediaTroopers, Thomas Vermulen, Agency & Internationalization Manager at Smarkets, and Erica Anderson, Director of Marketing at Income Acces. The conference will provide an in-depth analysis of the rising affiliate marketing population in the United States.
