When and why did you start considering affiliate business as a career?

Developing new projects in established markets is always quite difficult; however, it is really interesting. Through new contacts; the growth of crypto projects and new partnerships are closely intertwined. New partners help you grow, and the growth of products helps you find new partnerships.?

What helps to achieve success? What are the main problems??

Consistency, perseverance and faith in a new product are the main factors, and I think that every businessman can confirm this. Employees are also important: a team of like-minded people is able to work miracles. The main task is not to stop and not to give up, to treat problems exclusively as growth opportunities.?

What are the main challenges for the sector, especially during this pandemic??

The most important task during a pandemic is to learn how to adapt. Some of our employees couldn’t work from home, they couldn’t adapt, and as a result, we had to part ways. In general, it made us stronger.?

What motivates you to work harder, and what helps increase your motivation??

I don’t need additional motivation because I like our project. I live it and I can say that I am lucky because I do what I love. Moreover, we choose people with the same mindset. Daniel Pink has a great quote on the same subject: “If you need me to motivate you, I won’t hire you.” I fully agree with him.?

How is your company structured, and what aspect of business development are you currently focused on??

We have a relatively small and young team. The core team consists of 6 people: owner, marketer, editor-in-chief, assistant editor, programmer, and affiliate manager. We have 2 part-time journalists, 5 gambling experts, and 2 financiers who specialize in cryptocurrency. Together, we collaborate well, prepare in advance, and work to improve the quality of content that is useful to our audience, i.e. Bitcoin 바카라 lovers. That’s what we’re focused on.?

Which niches are best suited for your affiliate marketing and which are the most profitable? How did you find your most profitable niche??

I’ve never thought about investors. I don’t like this model as it involves a lot of unilateral commitments that can be very damaging to the product in the long run. However, as for the sale, yes, it is possible. I think that when we succeed in our business, we will be open to such proposals.?

Have you thought about going the operator route??

No, we are not interested. I saw this business from the inside and I can say that it is less creative than our work. Our main goal is not just to make money, but to create a community of crypto players, develop it, help each member, solve their problems, and share information. For us, this is much more than just a business.?

What role does technology play in everyday life??

Have you ever been to a SiGMA event? SiGMA Europe, Africa, Asia or the Americas �C which of these four expos would you probably attend in 2021 if COVID-19 permits??

Yes, I have been to several SiGMA Europe events. I plan to visit Malta in 2021 and hope that in 2022 the pandemic will allow our team to reach SiGMA America. It would be great if all operators participated in SiGMA conferences and organised meetings to meet their affiliates in person. This will help you run your business more easily.?

As I said above, my work is my hobby. I also like to play poker, chess and basketball. My favorite book is “The Marketing War” by Jack Al Rice and Jack Trout. My favorite quote from Peter Drucker is, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”?
