To check in at the official venue for the tournament stops, simply show a photo ID, such as your passport or drivers licence. If you are paying for an additional guest, extra nights, or wish to open your minibar, you will need to provide a credit card.

Yes! Follow the same procedure as for extending your stay.
Packages are non-reimbursable. However, we will do our best to assist you. We accept cancellations and reallocation of packages up to 1 week before the the event. Unfortunately, no-shows and last-minute cancellations cannot be reimbursed or transferred. Please notify your sponsoring brands customer support for any changes.
Request this from your sponsoring brands representative. Provide your passport number, nationality, and passport expiry date. You will receive the letter within 10 business days.

To maximise your time, we have scheduled a stand-alone final table on Monday night, which will be live-streamed. If you need to change your itinerary due to participation in the SPT Main Event, we offer free concierge service to assist with any changes.
