Stake is set to continue its expansion in regulated markets with the acquisition of Danish operator Mocino바카라, subject to regulator approval.
Mocino바카라 has overseen the impressive rise of its VinderCasino brand in recent years, and the acquisition aims to accelerate this growth by adding Stakes global presence and marketing and product expertise.
The move coincides with Stakes strategic push into regulated markets, building upon the momentum of a successful launch of Brazils new regulatory framework in early January.
This latest purchase gives the company a foothold in Northern Europe via the high-value Danish market, following Stakes acquisition of Italian brand IdealBet in July last year and the acquisition of Betfair Colombia in November 2023.
Growth opportunities
The M&A activity forms part of Stakes strategy for long-term, sustainable growth in regulated markets, with the goal of becoming the worlds biggest 바카라 and entertainment brand.

The acquisition is subject to approval from the Danish Gambling Authority.
