Russell Ferris appointed RMG Managing Director ahead of Grand National
Racecourse Media Group (RMG) has announced the. He will assume the position on 18 August.
Ferris is currently the CEO of , a company specialising in horseracing and breeding administration, compliance, racecourse and raceday marketing, bloodstock services, data, digital software solutions, animal genomics, and banking and finance.
With over 20 years of experience in the racing industry, Ferris has held key roles, including Managing Director of Limerick Racecourse and Director for At The Races in Ireland. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Racing Digital and Venture Bio.
CEO Nick Mills welcomed Ferris, stating: “Russell is highly regarded within the industry and will bring a wealth of expertise, experience and enthusiasm to RMG. Russell will oversee and further align the Commercial and Broadcast departments and help take the business to new levels in terms of innovation, engagement and revenues. I very much look forward to welcoming Russell to RMG in August.”
