SIGMA Foundation – Value beyond business
At SiGMA Group, our core values shape how we operate and engage with our global community. We foster an inclusive environment where everyone can express themselves and reach their full potential, empowering our teams to create lasting, meaningful change.
Our commitment to openness emphasizes transparency and trust, while responsibility drives our actions towards sustainability and accountability, ensuring responsible gaming remains central to our mission.
Meaningful activities, including treks and climbs, auctions and fundraisers, allow our clients to participate in delivering crucial education, healthcare, and community-building projects to the most vulnerable communities. Following charitable auctions held during this year’s awards ceremonies in Dubai, Cape Town, and Sao Paulo, almost €80,000 was raised.
Strong ROIs and fantastic CSATs – why do they matter?
Used to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction, a good CSAT score is a metric that all ambitious businesses put on their bucket list. Linked to improved brand loyalty and increased retention rates, customer experience data assesses the likelihood of customers recommending a company’s products or services to others.
In our case, our attendees were clear: SiGMA is one event they keep coming back to and they’re keen for the industry to join them.
Our results put us first-in-place, with a score well above the average for the iGaming sector. And while score averages vary across industries, how a company ranks when compared to fellow competitors can offer an interesting snapshot of where they stand in the competitive landscape.
The findings are based on responses obtained through surveys that took the opinion of over 450 attendees from the 2025 events. The summits took place in Dubai, South Africa, and Sao Paulo over February, March and April respectively.
