Bragg Gaming Group has announced the appointment of Luka Pataky as Executive Vice President (EVP) of AI and Innovation. With this move, the global iGaming leader aims to strengthen its focus on artificial intelligence (AI) integration across its operations to enhance player experiences and business growth.
Pataky brings over 15 years of experience in technology-focused roles, including 11 years at leading sports betting technology company Sportradar. At Sportradar, he held various innovation-focused positions, eventually becoming Senior Vice President (SVP) of Automated Content. There, he led a 75-member AI team that developed real-time data and video solutions for sports, helping power over 300,000 sports events annually.
In his new role, Pataky will work closely with Bragg’s technology teams to implement a 360° AI strategy. This will involve embedding AI into product development, user experience, external communications, safer gambling efforts, and internal processes.

Pataky began his career at Sportradar in 2014 as Sales Operations Manager and moved on to lead the company’s innovation unit. He was later promoted to Innovation Team Lead, then Head of Innovation, before becoming SVP, Automated Content in 2022.
During his time at Sportradar, Pataky helped launch scalable AI-powered systems using computer vision and deep learning, significantly reducing operating costs and improving business efficiencies. He also led partnerships with universities and innovation labs and helped scale Sportradar’s startup programme.
