LuckyStreak bets on experience: Neil Brookes steps in as Head of Product

Live games provider has appointed Neil Brookes as its new Head of Product, bolstering the company’s senior leadership as it looks to sharpen its product strategy and expand its presence in the live dealer space.

Brookes steps into the role with more than 20 years of experience across gaming and sports betting, including a long stint at Inspired Entertainment where he managed virtual sports offerings and led the product team. His background spans game strategy, user experience, marketing, and performance analysis; skills that will prove essential as LuckyStreak continues to scale up.

Before Inspired, Brookes held a variety of roles that grounded him in the operational side of betting. He spent time at SkyBet as a trader and sports desk manager, worked on the trading team at Betfred, and even began his career managing betting shops for Paul Dean Bookmakers. It’s a well-rounded resume that blends hands-on retail knowledge with high-level product leadership.

A product-first approach to growth

In his new role, Brookes will take charge of shaping LuckyStreak’s product direction, working across teams to help turn ideas into finished products, ensuring every new release delivers real value for users and fits into the company’s bigger picture.

Commenting on the appointment, LuckyStreak co-founder and CEO Ady Totah said, “It’s always great news for LuckyStreak to bring senior talent and experience into the business. For a long time, we’ve been building great tech – but now, with Neil, we’ve found the right person to bring a true product mindset to match it. His experience across regulated markets, and his ability to align vision with execution, will sharpen how we build and deliver. It’s a strong fit at exactly the right time for us.”

An opportunity that felt like the right fit

Brookes is equally enthusiastic about the move, stating, “Right from the first interactions I had with the team at LuckyStreak, it was clear that it was something I wanted to be part of,” he said. “The mindset and ambition to build on what is already a successful business, to further innovate and entertain with a forward-thinking, people-centric approach really clicks with me and feels like the perfect fit. I’m looking forward to the new challenge and to see what we can make happen.”

Building games with the player in mind

Brookes comes in as LuckyStreak looks to continue its commitment to remaining a world-class live dealer games supplier. The company is focusing more on what players actually enjoy and how to keep up as the market shifts. His role will be about making sure the product side moves with that change, rather than simply chasing industry trends.

His hands-on experience, from betting shops to executive boardrooms, gives him a rare perspective. And for LuckyStreak, that’s likely to mean a more connected, responsive approach to building games, one that keeps pace with market shifts while staying anchored in the player experience.
