Evoke, betting and gaming companies, has confirmed that independent non-executive director Andrea Gisle Joosen will join the supervisory board of Atlantic Grupa, a leading consumer-goods company based in Croatia. The appointment takes effect on 4 September 2025 and was announced via the London Stock Exchange’s regulatory news service, in line with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2).

Andrea Gisle Joosen has served as a non-executive director on Evoke’s board since 2022. She currently chairs the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) committee. According to the statement, the additional board role will not impact her capacity to serve on Evoke’s board.
Atlantic Grupa is a Zagreb-listed food and beverage company with operations across Southeast Europe. It produces well-known regional brands such as Cedevita, a vitamin drink, and Barcaffè, a coffee brand. Croatian companies follow a dual-board structure, where supervisory board members oversee corporate strategy and appoint the management board.
Joosen’s appointment adds international boardroom experience to Atlantic Grupa’s leadership.
With this disclosure, Evoke’s board now includes two directors with external European non-executive roles. The company said this is expected to be addressed in its next governance report. Evoke recently opened a new 750-seat office hub in Leeds’ West Village, replacing its previous location at the St Johns Centre. The group said the new space supports its long-term operational plans in the UK. The company maintains its headquarters in both London and Gibraltar.
In its latest earnings update, Evoke reported first-quarter 2025 revenue of £437 million ($437 million), a 1 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
