Donata Szabo of Sportradar joins Regulating the Game 2025 as third chair

Regulating the Game, the prestigious gambling law and regulation conference has named Donata Szabo, Regional Head of Licensing, Government & Regulatory Affairs – EMEA/APAC at , as its third Conference Chair for the .

Szabo brings a wealth of global expertise to the role, managing regulatory and licensing initiatives across the EMEA/APAC regions at the global sports technology company -Sportradar. A graduate of the University of Cambridge with a background in international and human rights law, Szabo’s knowledge of regulatory systems worldwide is expected to add exceptional value to the conference.

Expressing her enthusiasm, Szabo said, “I am pleased to be a part of Regulating the Game and contribute towards meaningful discussions on effective and innovative regulation as well as fostering global collaboration on safer gambling and regulatory excellence.”

She joins an esteemed panel of Conference Chairs for the event, which includes , Professor of Marketing at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and , Vice Chairman and CEO of Inside Asian Gaming.

Szabo is set to lead a session titled “Improving Regulatory Performance with Modern Technology,” where she will address global regulatory challenges and the role of technological advancements in creating sustainable gaming markets.

The Regulating the Game conference will take place from 10 March 2025 to 13 March 2025.
