Philippines based DigiPlus Interactive Corp, has reported a net income of PHP12.6 billion ($220 million) for the full year ended 31 December 2024, based on unaudited financial statements, marking a 207 percent year-over-year increase.
The company’s performance was fuelled by the expansion of its gaming platforms, innovative live-streamed games, and a growing user base. DigiPlus also posted a 176 percent rise in total revenues, reaching PHP75.2 billion ($1.31 billion). Its EBITDA surged by 192 percent to PHP13.9 billion ($243 million).
DigiPlus continued to strengthen its position in the Philippine gaming market through its popular platforms—BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, SpinPlus, and GameZone. The with over 40 million registered users.
A key driver of this growth was the introduction of uniquely Filipino, culturally resonant games. The launch of Pinoy Drop Ball in September 2024 became a major success, as it was the country’s first-ever live-streamed dropball game. Other proprietary games, such as Pa Pula, Pa Puti, Color Game Plus, and Super Ace Jackpot, also contributed to higher user engagement and revenue.
DigiPlus maintained its strong performance in the final quarter of 2024. The company recorded a PHP3.8 billion ($66 million) net income in Q4, up 93 percent year-over-year. Revenues for the quarter jumped 110 percent to PHP23.7 billion ($414 million), while EBITDA expanded 103 percent to PHP4.6 billion ($80 million).

DigiPlus has declared a cash dividend of PHP0.86 ($0.015) per share. The dividend will be paid on April 4, 2025, to stockholders of record as of March 24, 2025.
DigiPlus paid PHP33.7 billion ($589 million) in taxes and regulatory fees in 2024. Beyond business success, DigiPlus demonstrated its commitment to corporate social responsibility. The BingoPlus Foundation invested PHP100 million ($1.75 million) to support nearly 120,000 individuals in areas such as healthcare, education, disaster resilience, and digital responsibility.
