Bloomberry Resorts Corp appoints Greg Hawkins as President and COO

Philippine 바카라 operator Bloomberry Resorts Corporation has officially appointed veteran gaming executive Gregory Francis Hawkins as its Director, President, and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the company announced in a filing to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Friday. The appointment was made by the company’s board on 11 June 2025.

Hawkins joined Bloomberry in November 2023 to lead Solaire Resort North as COO. Following the retirement of former President and COO Tom Arasi in December 2024, Hawkins was named Acting COO of Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. (BRHI), overseeing both Solaire Resort North and Solaire Entertainment City. In February 2025, he was also appointed as Acting COO of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation.

Experience across Asia-Pacific

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and gaming industries, , including the Philippines, Macau, Australia, and New Zealand. His past roles include General Manager – Gaming for New Zealand’s Sky Entertainment Group, CEO of the Melco-Crown joint venture in Macau, and Chief Gaming Officer at Australia’s Star Entertainment Group.

He more recently left Star Entertainment following an inquiry into The Star Sydney’s suitability in 2022. Hawkins indirectly holds 102,000 shares in Bloomberry Resorts Corp.

New leadership at Solaire Resort North

In a related move, Damian Quayle, a former colleague of Hawkins from the Macau and Australia markets, will become President of Solaire Resort North starting July 1. Quayle is currently Chief Gaming Officer at SJM Resorts Ltd in Macau and will step down from that role on June 20.

Bloomberry launches MegaFUNalo online gaming platform

Earlier this week, Bloomberry Resorts launched its new online gaming platform, MegaFUNalo, offering free-to-play games, live shows, real-money prizes, and free-to-watch movies. The platform features digital versions of popular 바카라 games like poker, blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, as well as several arcade games. Bloomberry has partnered with multiple banks and mobile wallet operators to support the platform’s payment channels. “This all-new online entertainment platform is designed for Filipinos who want to have fun anytime, anywhere,” the company said on its website.

Strong Q1 results

The launch comes as Bloomberry reports strong financial performance in the first quarter of 2025. The company posted gross gaming revenue (GGR) of PHP16.8 billion (US$301 million), a 14 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. Net revenue rose to PHP14.4 billion ($257.9 million), while non-gaming revenue climbed 35 per cent to PHP3 billion ($53.73 million), supported by the continued ramp-up of Solaire Resort North.
