Jaimy Bakkenes, Account Manager at Lead Legends, joins us for our latest series of affiliate interviews on the Affiliate Grand Slam.

Jaimy Bakkenes talks about Lead Legends and how they live up to their name. He says that they bring their market knowledge and expertise to their day-to-day work, their goal is to provide the best service to their customers, and they rigorously select affiliates that they know will guarantee quality and legitimate traffic C his story continues below.

How did you get into the affiliate space in the first place?

I’ve been working in sales for years, so I wanted to do marketing-related work, but I ended up doing affiliate marketing. I didn’t know it had been around for a long time, but I was hooked from the beginning. After going through different performance companies and taking a detour, I ended up at Lead Legends. LeadLegends is currently generating 바카라 traffic all over the world. I can’t think of anything other than affiliate marketing.

I wonder how LeadLegends succeeded. Is your vertical orientation only iGaming?

Our two directors started as 바카라 affiliates in 1999, worked for many affiliate SEO sites, and in 2017 started LeadLegends as a new project to generate more, especially different types of traffic to 바카라s. At the time, we started with several brands of friendly operators, but it worked so well that we are now the exclusive partner of about 40 brands in the CPL world.

Tell us a little bit more about who you are, what you do, your strengths and culture.

We are a small but close-knit team that works hard for our customers in a very intimate atmosphere. We treat our customers in the same way. We have a really informal culture. We have very short lines of communication and work closely together in a relaxed atmosphere, but all of this has the common goal of providing the best service to our customers. That’s one of our great strengths. It’s an extension of the marketing department. Why hire an expensive affiliate manager when they can do the job for you? Of course, everything is performance-based. If you don’t deliver anything, it won’t cost you. Another strength is that you work on the basis of CPL. In other words, we generate 바카라 sign-ups and our retention team does the rest. It’s a relatively inexpensive way to buy traffic, but it’s a very worthwhile option if you have a good 바카라 CRM in place.

What products and services does LeadLegends offer? What is your specialty? Can you elaborate?

As I mentioned earlier, we are based on a cost-per-lead basis. We know that this kind of traffic can be a nuisance for 바카라s, but that’s exactly where our added value lies. How do you drive success for your partners? How do you measure and prove ROI?

We are, of course, a network, and that means you have to find a balance between quantity and quality. Affiliates profit from volume, and advertisers profit from quality. We try to find a compromise to make every party happy. We are currently in the midst of a marketing process in the world of online gambling that is divided into two related activities: player acquisition and retention. We will be judged on both KPIs. Measuring and interpreting these KPIs in the right way is very important to us. Data-driven decisions are subsequently made to ensure the success expected of us.

What guarantees a long-term partnership?

Like any healthy long-term relationship, any business relationship requires time, patience, and understanding. We’ve been involved in a lot of collaborations over the years, and we’ve learned a few lessons along the way. The most important thing is to be honest and transparent, always find a solution when a problem arises, and understand the customer’s business well. A good partnership is one of the drivers of success and revenue.

What role does technology play in your day-to-day work?

Technology and data are inevitable in the affiliate business and are very important to us. Growth targets can only be achieved through a combination of data, intelligent marketing, and technology. We don’t advise our partners based on intuition, but purely on data and results. That’s the beauty of what we do. If you don’t do anything, you don’t earn anything. That’s why we put so much energy into data analysis. To that end, we have custom-made features and tools on our platform that guarantee quality. This includes fraud detection and technology that assists in tracking, analyzing, and effectively optimizing data. Now that the technology is in place, you’ll have more time to invest in your relationship with your partner.

The Netherlands recently opened up its regulated online gambling market and allowed online gaming licenses. What can you tell us about this? What does this mean for you?

We are a traditional Dutch company, so this is really our home game. We have been waiting for this moment for years, and here we are. In general, it was a pretty tough start, with only a few operators that were licensed and didn’t have any affiliate features in particular. However, it is gradually getting back on track. Next year, when the giants in the online 바카라 industry get their licenses, I expect it to really take off. Either way, I’m ready. Over the last few months, we’ve focused on making sure that our legal requirements are optimized so that we can safely accommodate 바카라s with quality traffic. We know this market as well as anything else, and we, the Dutch, are of course on it. With the legalization of the Dutch market, we have another top and focus GEO that looks promising right away.

What are the current trends in the market? Which one is growing?

More and more people are finding online 바카라s. Of course, the financial interests of the Netherlands are similar. In addition, online gambling is becoming increasingly popular in Latin America, increasing the value of players and making them interesting not only for our affiliates, but also for operators.

What are the benefits of participating in large-scale gaming events and exhibitions?

We do business with businesses and affiliates from all over the world, so this exhibition is a great opportunity to reconnect with our partners. You don’t fly to the other side of the world with a single promise. That’s why these events are the ideal time for us to meet and talk to everyone again. In addition, trade fair visits contribute to knowledge of the market, you get new ideas and get to know new people. It ensures a transparent market where supply and demand come together.

Have you ever been to SiGMA?

Yes, I went to the Affiliate Grand Slam in Dubai this year and also participated in SIGMA Malta. 2021 is coming to an end, so I’m already looking forward to 2022. If the Covid situation permits, we will be able to visit many fairs again, and Malta Affiliate Grand Slam and SiGMA are two of them!

Talk a little about yourself C after all, business is not just about companies, it’s about people! What are your hobbies, favorite books, favorite quotes, whether you yourself are addicted to games, etc.?

It’s funny that you say so. You are right. The good thing about this business is that you get to come into contact with a lot of people every day. I love it. In my personal life, I’m a social person and in my free time I like to hang out with friends and good company. My favorite quote is, “Be the person you want to meet.” I’m not a big gambler myself. I sometimes go to the 바카라 and have a fun evening. Then I like to play roulette and eat and drink something. From time to time, he bets on a soccer match with his siblings while watching live broadcasts. It makes it a little more exciting to watch.

I’ve been playing golf for many years and I go out on the course once a week. I love being able to put my phone away and be offline for a while. We have a very busy digital presence in our business. It’s great to be offline for a while and I can recommend it to anyone.
