With esports streaming expected to lead the way in global gambling, live esports tournaments were held between the three conference stages, allowing attendees to enjoy and explore the ever-evolving universe.

With 9,000 delegates from all over the world coming together under one roof, SiGMA Dubai was a huge success. One of the main highlights of that event was undoubtedly the esports tournament.

With esports currently one of the fastest-growing verticals in the industry, SiGMA is taking notice and looking to ease the esports industry on a global scale.

In addition to the e-sports tournaments, SiGMA held various workshops and conferences around the explosives industry, which led to heated discussions.

Held at the Intercontinental Festival Arena in Dubai Festival City, SiGMA Dubai teamed up with Maltese esports organisation GMR and platform and software provider Esports Technology for a thrilling three-day series of tournaments.

To commemorate the historic event, a variety of distinguished international guest players took part.

The tournament, led by and co-sponsored by GMR and Revoland Game, offered a shared pool of $10,000 in prize money, which was then given to grabs and distributed to the winners of our tournament.

The first win came for Levadia eLions to win with 16 points, beating imported talent by 9 points. Securing their second win on March 21 was the Levadia Elions, who won by 16 points against Infinite, who were able to rope on 9 points. In the third win, One Tap Gaming won by 16 points over Infinite, who scored only 3 points.

The fourth-place winner was able to secure 14 points, not far from the team, with One Tap Gaming beating the imported talent with 16 points. In the fifth victory, Imported Talent won with 16 points versus Infinite Rope 8 points.

Three teams made it to the semi-finals: 1 Tap Gaming, Infinite, Levadia eLions, and Imported Talent.

One tap Gaming defeated Infinate to advance to the finals. Levadia eLions then advanced to the finals with a win over Imported Talent before joining One tap Gaming in the final round.

The first-place tournament was decided by One Tap Gaming’s close win over Levadia eLions in the Grand Finals.

Having previously won the international CS:GO Tournament One Tap Gaming, the professional gaming community with a gaming venue in Satumale was expected to take home the trophy after not a single team was able to defeat them in the gameplay round. Powering up and winning in the Romanian esports landscape, it saw One Tap Gaming take home the trophy and establish itself as one of the top teams of the future.
