(Nasdaq: EBET), a leading global provider of award-winning advanced esports betting products and technologies, today announced that it has acquired Aspire Global’s B2C business for $75.9 million.
Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Esports Technologies will join Aspire’s portfolio of B2C proprietary online 氚旍勾霛約 and sportsbooks, including Karamba, Hopa, Griffon Casino, BetTarget, Dansk 777 and GenerationVIP. The acquisition of the brand’s portfolio has been completed.
Strategically, Esports Technologies plans to use the increased market access from the acquisition of multiple brands to cross-sell esports sales opportunities and increase esports revenue, player betting transactions, and customer base.
In the rolling 12 months to September 2021, Aspire Global’s B2C revenue was $78.3 million and EBITDA was $7.9 million, up 43% and 30% year-over-year, respectively. During the same period, the B2C business earned $1.86 billion and $183 million in cash deposits from 1.25 million customers.
Aspire Global will ensure business continuity as a back-end provider for the acquired B2C brands and offer Esports Technologies betting products on its platform.
