This September marks a fresh chapter for SiGMA, with key logistical improvements that allow for a seamless, enjoyable experience. Enhanced venue accessibility, strategically timed daily hours, and minimal interference with Maltas high traffic season make this the ideal time for both local and international visitors.
When SiGMA kicked off ten years ago, it was in the country’s best interest to hold the show in a cold shoulder month – mid November was the ideal time to hold the summit whilst also benefiting a multitude of sectors.
Times have changed and Malta’s best interest today requires the show to work around road traffic. In order to accommodate Malta’s traffic situation, the show has not only shifted its daily opening hours from 9am to 10am daily, but is also shifting to a month that preempts the opening of the new school season to avoid clashing with increased traffic during the scholastic year.
With the MMH’s peak yachting and maritime season winding down, the event will enjoy spacious, optimised exhibition grounds that are easy to navigate and primed for engaging, high-impact installations. More space and flexibility mean exhibitors can create immersive, dynamic displays, bringing the latest in gaming and technology to life.
Septembers increase in international flight connectivity to Malta will ease travel logistics, offering more options and better prices for attendees. This move supports greater global participation, making it easier for professionals from around the world to join and connect with industry leaders and innovators. Held in early September, SiGMA Euro-Med provides a unique opportunity to experience Malta at its most scenic. Balmy, sunny weather and breathtaking Mediterranean landscapes make this the perfect time for both business and leisure. Attendees can explore Maltas rich culture and world-class hospitality, taking advantage of extended summer days for networking events and outdoor activities.
As SiGMA continues to expand its reach globally, this strategic timing underscores our dedication to building a future-focused, accessible, and impactful experience. Don’t miss this chance to be part of an influential community that shapes the future of gaming and technology.
